Tristan developed a love of all things food, and entertaining at a very tender age under the watchful eye of his mother and food mentor. Jill imparted a flare and love for quality food and entertaining that helped mould and inspire a budding chef. Tristan pursued his passion for cooking and hospitality at the prestigious “International Hotel School” and having trained in some of Johannesburg’s premier hotels as well as leading catering companies under renowned chefs, Tristan identified a niche in the market for a very intimate catering experience for corporate as well as private clientele, hence FGF caterers was born in 2006.
